For its customers JSC IIB offers a full range of depository services, namely:
- Accounting of ownership of securities:
- opening securities accounts for legal entities and individuals,
- accounting on the corporate state and municipal securities, investment and mortgage certificates,
- execution of accounting operations on accounts,
- Transfer income on securities accounted at the depositor’s account;
- Informating the issuer on corporate actions with, securities accounted at the depositor accounts and providing with any information obtained from both the issuer and depositary;
- Providing information and consulting services on securities circulation at the National Depository System of Ukraine;
- Services for issuers of securities:
- accounts opening for securities owners of the issuer in accordance with the laws of dematerialization of shares,
- informational and organizational support for the general shareholders,
- meeting,
- getting the consolidated shareholders register in the National Depository of Ukraine (for meetings, mailing and messaging etc.);
- Other services under applicable law.
