The National Bank of Ukraine has launched a Nationwide communication campaign Know Your Rights on protection of financial services consumers’ rights when receiving financial services. This campaign is supported by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights. The campaign aims to raise awareness of Ukrainian citizens about their rights and responsibilities while using financial services.
JSC IIB is one of the banks that joined this campaign. By providing transparent financial services to its customers, the Bank believes that consumers’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities helps to increase the confidence of individuals in the financial institution, deepens relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
